Resolutions and returns

All the shirts are made one by one, expressly based on our clients' needs, following the informations provided when they ordered them. MyCamicia guarantees, as far as possible, the perfection of these shirts, taking on the resolution of any problems.

In this way, the Customer can be sure to always get the perfect result he/she paid for.

In which cases is it possible to request intervention?

Intervention can be requested in cases of:

  • Manufactoring defects – internal checks are manually performed piece by piece, so occasionally some imperfections may escape.
  • Non-compliance with the order – as the shirt is made manually, errors may occasionally occur compared to what was requested. In this case, the order prevails, which remains always accessible to the customer in their reserved area.

In all these cases, MyCamicia takes full responsibility for resolving at its own expense, issuing a new order and covering the costs and return expenses.

How to request intervention?

You can submit a request for intervention within 7 days of receiving the shirt. Send your request to the customer care or via email to [email protected] indicating the problem encountered. Depending on the type of problem, customer care will instruct you on how to proceed.

Intervention is only possible if the shirt has not been used or washed, unless otherwise indicated by customer care.

If the return of the item is requested, you can use the original packaging or any other suitable one.

Depending on the type of problem, we evaluate the best way to intervene: by modifying the item when possible or by making a new one. In all cases, there is no charge to the customer. Refunds are not provided.

Shipments and Delivery

Which countries do we ship to?

All our orders are shipped via express courier with the leading company in the sector: TNT.

In Italy, orders are shipped with express delivery, generally within 24/48 hours from handover to the courier (excluding remote locations and islands).

Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or summer sales, orders may experience delays.

Shipping costs include order management fees, packaging, and transportation to the customer's address.

In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will reschedule delivery for the next working day. Delivery can be personalized via the link sent to the email address provided in the order by the courier. Please check your inbox before contacting us. If the goods are returned to our offices or to a TNT hub due to prolonged absence of the recipient and/or incorrect address, the storage and return costs will be solely and exclusively borne by the buyer. In case of return of the order to a local TNT branch, it will still be possible to proceed with self-collection.

We recommend using the shopping cart to group your items into a single order to save on shipping costs.

Please check the goods as soon as they are delivered and also sign the receipt for the courier if the package appears damaged or tampered with on the outside, as requests for damaged goods must be made within 3 days of receipt, otherwise they will not be considered.

MyCamicia ships worldwide with DHL courier.

Orders outside of Italy and the European Union do not include VAT or any customs duties or charges, which are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Orders from private customers within the European Union include the VAT of the European country where the goods will be delivered (e.g., in France, a 20% VAT will be applied).

What are the shipping rates?

Shipments are always free for orders over €100.00, below which shipping charges will have a standard cost (independent of the number of products) based on the destination:

Are there any additional shipping costs or taxes?

The customer should not pay any additional amount for shipments within Italy.

Orders outside of Italy and the European Union do not include VAT or any customs duties or charges, which are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Orders from private customers within the European Union include the VAT of the European country where the goods will be delivered (e.g., in France, a 20% VAT will be applied).

When will my order be shipped?

Our products are individually handcrafted by Italian artisans, and thanks to an extremely short supply chain, the average processing and delivery time is 15 days from the time of payment.

However, delivery times are indicative, and shipments and deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or summer sales, orders may experience delays.

MyCamicia guarantees delivery times except in uncontrollable situations, events, or circumstances. For insular Italy, delivery time may be increased by an additional 2/3 days.

Additional slight delays may occur in the following cases:

  • Changes in order customization or measurements requested by the customer or recommended by MyCamicia
  • Fabric sourcing
  • Delays due to national strikes of couriers

Our support team will always monitor the progress of each individual order so as to always share the timing with the customer.

Note: Before starting production of a shirt, the measurement profile indicated in the order is carefully checked. It may happen that the measurements differ from our standards. In that case, we will ask you to perform an additional check, and production will start immediately after receiving a confirmation email.

How can I rearrange the shipping of my order?

If the customer knows in advance of the impossibility of receiving the order, either because they are not at home or because the transport company has unsuccessfully attempted to deliver the package, they must contact the nearest office of the transport company.

For any problems, the customer can always rely on the help of the MyCamicia team.

A product is missing from my order, what can I do?

Alternatively, follow this steps:

  1. Log into your account

  3. An agent will contact you within the next 24-48 working hours
  4. After verification, a new shipment will be arranged

The new shipment is subject to the following conditions:

  • The lack of the item must be communicated within 7 days of the order delivery
  • If it is an accessory, the amount will be credited as a voucher.

Can I still change the shipping address after placing the order?

It's no longer possible to change the shipping address online after placing an order. However, the customer can contact our Customer Care , who will make the necessary modifications.

How can I return my shirt?

2. Payments

PayPal

Payment with credit cards or PayPal accounts is made through the secure systems of Checkout and PayPal, in real-time. In both cases, MyCamicia does not acquire the users's payment data (credit card information or PayPal code) Payment confirmation initiates the production of the ordered product.

Scalapay

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. Note that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize this transfer.

3. Products

The MyCamicia team has made the best attempt to represent colors and fabric textures accurately through the 3D configurator on this site. However, the colors and textures that are actually seen may vary depending on the monitor and video card configuration, so we cannot guarantee faithful display.

4. Measurements and styles

All our garments are made based on the measurements and instructions provided and the experience of our tailors. Before shipment, each shirt is meticulously checked to ensure that the measurements correspond to the order placed.

The accuracy of the provided measurements is obviously very important in terms of the final result, so before placing the order, the customer must ensure that the correct data is entered. Two shirts ordered at different times may differ slightly. This is because there is a continuous effort to improve the style and design of our shirts, which can change over time in detail, and also because the colors of the fabrics themselves may vary slightly. Despite modern dyeing techniques, it happens that different fabric rolls have non-identical shades.

5. Customer Care

The purpose of MyCamicia is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason the item sent is damaged or not in accordance with the order confirmation, the MyCamicia team will provide a solution that satisfies the customer.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not disclose any data provided to third parties. At any time, you can also access and modify all personal data online.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

The MyCamicia.it website and its contents, including services, programs, data, styles, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, as well as the software, trade names, trademarks, works, illustrations, photographs, or industrial designs, and any other sign capable of industrial and commercial use (hereinafter, "the content"), are owned by and the property of MY STILE Srl and are protected by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property. Under no circumstances does MY STILE Srl grant a license, waiver, transmission, total or partial assignment of the aforementioned rights, nor does it confer any right, nor the possibility of obtaining it, especially regarding alteration, transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or public communication of said contents without the prior express written authorization of the corresponding holders.
