Terms & Conditions of the MyCamicia Loyalty Program

Welcome to the MyCamicia Loyalty Program, operated by MY STILE Srl. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The MyCamicia Loyalty Program is open to all registered users of the website who make purchases on MyCamicia. No additional registration is required to participate.

Earning Points

For every €1 spent on MyCamicia.it (excluding shipping costs and any discounts applied), you will earn 30 loyalty points. Points are awarded based on the total value of the purchase, after discounts and promotions. Points will be credited to your account after the order is completed and confirmed.

Using Points

The points you accumulate can be used to obtain a discount on future purchases. During the payment process, you can choose to apply your available points as a reduction on the total order amount (discount coupon). The more points you accumulate, the greater the discount you can apply. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are only valid for discounts on products sold on MyCamicia. Accumulated points can be spent to obtain a discount according to their applicability conditions (you can check the conditions in your private area, on the “Points & Rewards” page).

Points Expiry

Loyalty points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned if they are not used. MY STILE Srl reserves the right to modify the expiration period at any time by updating this page.

Program Modifications

MY STILE Srl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the MyCamicia Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program, including adjustments to earning rates, point values, or terms of use, will be published promptly on this page. It is the responsibility of participants to check this page regularly for updates.

Program Abuse

MY STILE Srl reserves the right to terminate or restrict your participation in the loyalty program if any fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected, including but not limited to points manipulation or illegal use of points.

General Conditions

• Points are personal and non-transferable.
• MY STILE Srl shall not be held liable for any loss of points due to technical errors, system outages, or unauthorized access to accounts.
• Participation in the MyCamicia Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By continuing to shop on MyCamicia and participate in the loyalty program, you agree to these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.
